Could I make a suggestion regarding 21st 1/6 RC vehicles

Is it possible that we can have a thread or section just for the "big"
RC vehicles. Something that we can show off what we done, discuss upgrades & accessories, plus help w/ problems that arise, like broken parts.
Here is my reason. I purschased a Stuart and joined the Yahoo group, but if you look at posting there, its crazy. Hardly anyone is ever online and it might take days-weeks before you get a respond, if ever. I also know about the 1/6 scale forum, but that is over everything 1/6. I was just wondering if we can stick to the 21st RC, everyone here knows that company and it seem like many has bought one of their vehicles. I feel I got more info from this site on the Stuart, then from the Group that I joined that is just to be about the Stuart

I don't post much here, but I do hang-out alot and there is a lot of decent & helpful people. I know we have a off-topic site and reference area, but not to much action goes on there.
What do you guys think? Who would be the guy to ask?

How many RC 21C "big stuff" items are we takling about? Three? The Stuart, the Humvee and the Abrams.
That's a section devoted to three vehicles

I just don't think you'll get that many guys making posts, especially 1/6 or bigger guys.
Most of the 1/6 guys don't think too much of 21C. They feel the pieces marketed by 21C have too many "off scale" problems. These "off scale" problems I feel are mostly due to 21C marketing their pieces as "toys" and not to equal some of the very expensive museum pieces sold by the 1/6 guys.
I'm a 21C fan, I feel in the 1/6 world, it's like G.I. Joes, you either love'em or you hate'em.
Since this board covers other manufacturers besides 21C, and not just RC. Why not have a section for the "big stuff" covering everything bigger than 1/18.?

I'd exclude figures but that's only because there is plenty of discussion on figures (like endless discussions on different cammo capes on German snipers

) only one board besides the Stuart board has a "vehicle and arms" section and I'm drawn to that every day, after of course I check out this board>
I'd be interested in participating.

Yes, I was talking about the Stuart, Humvee, and Abrams. It would'nt have to be a whole section, just a Sticky would work. I thought more people on this forum had purchased the RC. With the chance of getting some of them as cheap as $50, I thought more would be bought. I know their not 100% accurate, but they are fun and are a cool display piece. I was hoping we just could set something aside for the "bigger then" 1/18. Not to where we can nick pick how there toys, but discuss what we can do to make them better. Without having to post in 1/18 forum, like I am now.
I agree about going to boards where all they talk about is different camo capes :lol that is to anal for me. thats what I would like to avoid.
BTW whats the other board you mentioned that has a "vehicle and arms"section

I was referring to Sixth Army Group:
http://www.sixtharmygroup.com/portal/index.php
They have a section devoted to "Armor, Mech & Weapons Div". I think it is a great board, informative and helpful. The age factor is involved here. That board makes no bones about age and at that board there is a friendlier attitute when asking questions. I think the guys there are older. Don't get me wrong, nothing wrong with young guys, everybody has to start somewhere, 12-13 year old guys can be nice too. Respect earns respect. Just think how smart we would be today if we had the Net back "in the days".
A couple of the other boards, I'm afraid, have a lot of young people who have problems with middle aged or older guys. They can get nasty for no reason other than to be nasty. I guess it makes them feel adult.
Who knows?, anyway, I like this board and Sixth Army Group. I lurk around the others for information but rarely stick my nose in. I do have a handsome nose and I've become attached to it.
Luftpanzer asks about the Panzer III......I guess the Panzer became the Abrams but I sure was waiting for 21C to bring one out in 1/6. Maybe, someday, if they can sell enough Abrams and Humvee.
