How much will these models fade over time being under 2 60watt bulbs?

Well, how long have they been there so far? Can you tell any difference from when you bought them? Really, though, I'm not sure 60's are enough to worry about. Something like a shop light or bright LEDs might be riskier.

I do have a group of planes I built hanging around a 9w LED light bulb (75w equivalent) and I cannot notice any changes in the paint, which is mostly Model Master enamels and Tamiya acrylics. The light stays on 80% of the time and they have been there at least two years now.

I think you're probably good.

I've never had any issues with fading paints on the 21c or BBI models - and many I've had for 10+ years. They can get dusty depending on where I store them, but the paints have proven quite durable. What does happen is that plastic can weaken over time, particularly if stored in a hot environment for lengthy periods, and things can snap or crack more easily. I had that problem occur with the wing hinges on one of my 21c TBF Avengers which shattered.
