Has anyone been able to craft a copy of the helmet the VN tankers and Huey Pilots wear?
I would be interested in buying some, if someone was able to produce them.

Re: Vietnam Tanker/Pilot Helmets
There was a web store called Broken Arrow Toys that made castings - mostly of GI Joe 3 3/4" figure gear and vehicle parts, but also some 21c and BBI items as well. I purchased a couple modern flight helmets from them years ago for use with my JSI F-14.
The products were decent, but overall, dealing with the store was a bit odd. They had their own little forum where they posted shipping notices. You didn't get an email or anything. It took them forever to ship and the prices were high. I was able to find a link to the site, but can't tell if they're still operational or not.

Be further ahead pissing with casting on your own and trying your hand at it than paying folks who make a store out of it, generally. If you're only wanting to copy stuff that is. Making your own stuff like PH, that's a whole other game.
But casting itself, not hard at all. Pretty easy actually, and easy to make a nice DIY set-up that pressure casts even.
Are Nam Tanker/Huey helmets the same? I never looked or noticed actually.

No, the Huey helmets have the shades on the front.
Other than that, they look the same.
