I've seen in a few posts that people have been hearing from 21C. Have you guys been calling the customer service number on their website? Are they being more responsive lately?
Aside from the usual ranting about when we can expect what we want, has anyone asked them what's going on with the fan club? Are they eventually going to do something with it, or has it quietly passed on?

I did ask them about the fan club.A new hire told me they are aware of
what took place with GP's site.He said they had no immediate plans for
the fan club as far as he was concerned.I did also mention the Zero for
those of us that can't live without one.

Mark, good job, glad you got a reply! Did you get a name or contact info? Every time we hear from a 21st rep, it seems to be a different person with a different story. I don't think they actually have anyone assigned to "customer service".

I'm hoping that we'll get all the news we will need from 21C's new "AREA 21" site.

Thus far that site has been pretty good considering the way we used to get most 21c info! Much more reliable than 3rd or 4th person contacts, rumors, and the like. Some of this board's own scouts have recently pulled some good finds as well and this year is looking to be even better than last year.

MK, 21st did have a board when they first opened up a website. It didn't last long and was a pain to post on from what I remember. GPs website was far better and quickly became the real place to be.
