Welcome!
I guess we no longer have an intro thread so way to take the initiative. :D
I believe there are a few guys from Michigan actually, keep an eye on the sightings threads.

Welcome Tempest66! I live in Illinois, but spend more time in Michigan hauling steel. What city are you from? If your town has a Lowe's, Home Depot, or Carter Lumber, I've been there!
Oh yea, MOPAR or no car!

"Sticky" means that it will "stick" to the top of the list.

"Locked" means that the administrator has "locked" the thread down - no more posts on that thread. Could be a duplicate thread, or could be "enough is enough"...

Hey, Tempest66 -

I'm originally from the Detroit area (Royal Oak) and still get out there plus Up North (Gaylord area) from time to time to visit my folks. Scored some 21C a couple of months ago at WMs in Port Huron and Gaylord.

Welcome to the forum Tempest. I think it would be cool if you share with us what your interests are in the 1:18 scale world. Personally, I'm almost exclusively an airplane collector, although lately, and thanks to many of the comments made here, I've began collecting tanks and other vehicles, as well as soldiers. I also began collecting 1:32 scale models recently, but I have to admit that I'm not as impressed with them as with their larger brethren.

As for the weather, I'm from Miami, which translates into about 360 sunny days out of 365. Not bad at all!
