It seems he works for a Software company called Configuresoft in Colorado Springs. The number is 1-719-447-4600 extension 649. Hope this helps those like myself who placed an order with this guy and got scammed.

If you've paid with a credit card contact your c.c. company and have them reverse the payment due to non-receipt of goods. You usually have to wait 60 days after date of payment but you will get your money back eventually and he will get a $25 'administration charge' for every incident.
If you've paid with Paypal you can also get your money back for non-receipt of goods but you have to apply for it within 45 days of payment.
I've had two places this year try to rip me off and in both instances i got my money back in full.

Anyone get ahold of this jerk at work? I'm sure his blood pressure would rise a bit if he started getting calls from his side business.
Maybe call the main number and ask for his boss, then give his boss a call.
It's time for him to feel some pain.

Sorry, I've been out of the loop. Who's Military Miniatures? And what did they do (or not do)?

I'm out $450.00 with this company. My bank is disputing it now so I will get the $$ back. Do NOT do business with this company.
Basically they delivered a partial shipment to me and then on the second order - nothing. They won't answer phones or respond.

I believe he's still with us on earth. His latest blog was posted 12/8/05:

Here's an old resume, I'm sure the phone #'s are no longer valid:

I saw once an article where he was mentioned as displaying his Military Mini crap at a local airport in Colorada for a radio control flying club. If someone can find that post on the internet, you can call the club and maybe get his number/contact info from them.
Again, best of luck in getting your $$$$ back.

Here's what I was talking about (it was actually from the News section on Militarymini's website). Maybe try contacting someone at Pike's Peak to get ole Teddy boy's contact info:
We will be attending the 5th Annual Pikes Peak War Bird Fly In on June 25 and 26, 2005 in Falcon, Colorado. This exciting event is put on by the Pikes Peak R-C club, and brings out some of the best R-C modelers in the state. We will have a booth with some of our best products on display and available for sale. If you are in the area, please stop by. See http://www.pprcflyers.net/images/sitemap.jpg for a map to the field.

I'm letting the bank handle it. Maybe they can get some theft charges files against him. I doubt contacting him will do any good. He is an obvious thief.
