Hey Captdoug, welcome to the site. I don't think anyone at this point is making them.
You could try 1:16 decals, Archer is one company that comes to mind.

John's stuff used to make some pretty nice 1:18 decals. There were a variety of sets of German decals with different color/style/size numbering, various crosses, tactical markings, etc. They had standard German decal sets, but also made special ones for the Tiger tank and DAK vehicles. There was also a US/Allied insignia set. I've got bits and pieces of several John's Stuff sets that I still use on occasion.
