Hey Guys,

The kits are trickling out .

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SENT THE SHIPPING WITH YOUR ORDER.

Most of you have sent payment for the kit only.

The kit's shipping are averaging $16-$20 per kit

-----------------------Henschel-------------------Porsche---------------Jagdtiger

Normandy---------------x- Shipped !!-----------------------------------x no paint
Norman 88--------------x 2----1x Shipped !!
Maritime 96-------------x Shipped !!------------------------------------x no paint
Tank Ace ---------------x Shipped !!-----------------x-----------------------x
Grockwood--------------x-Shipped !!---------------------------------------x---
CW4USARMY -----------x-- On deck
Canberra Paul----------x-- On deck.
Skypirate ---------------x-- full build
Pierro of Italy-----------x
Zelda--------------------x------------------------------x-------------------------x
Robbie P----------------x
Grunt--------------------x + 1 ?----------------------x 2 ?----------------------x 2 ?
So far I am getting positive feed back from the kits .

Except for maybe Norman 88 apparently his kit took a major hit on the front glacias during shipping.

Perhaps the way it was packed. YIKES !!!! Sorry about that.

I am insuring all of the kits for $350 just in case.

BTW

I have always wanted to do that KARL cannon with it's Panzer IV munition carrier.

One can only dream for the time to do such a project.

:?

When ( or if ) I am ready to do it , I already have the Panzer Tracts book on it as well as a 1/35 model to scale off of. :D :D :D

Due to popularity I will be making the Jagdtiger next rather than the Porsche.

CW4USARMY, I'd cancel your trip. :P Just kidding.

Any of you who've ordered the Tiger won't be disappointed.

Well its been a few days, been feeling under the weather. :?
Still working on the Tiger....

As Pickel said these tracks will be a bit of work, the front and rear sections (one side) took almost two hours.
But this is model building.

Hopefully more progress tomorrow.

Looks good so far.

I like my scale's variety, but I do envy you large scale guys the size factor.

Not much putty needed at all Jnewboy.....not bad for a resin kit!!!
[CAT]CplSlade, I hear you on scale, 1:35 /1:32 have a variety unmatched in 1:18.
I've built plenty of Tamiya and Monogram kits and the ones that survived the 4th of July's
of yesteryear, I've used as reference for 1:18 custom builds. At this point, I find this scale
easier to work with (see and handle). :P
Anyhow Matthew has made a great kit and the Jagdtiger should be just as cool!

I think the Jagdtiger will be even cooler

How is everything working out ?

Are you able to fallow the directions ?

Plus one more thing .

I can not get pictures to download . I do not know if it is fotobucket my camera or what.

When you get close could you take a pic of the jack ( with handle ) and were it goes on the rear hull in the on line directions ?

Pretty please ? :D :D :D

This things got a jack??? ...and a handle? Boy now your pushing it........ :P
Sure Matthew, as soon as I'm up to that I'll post pics.
I've got the last section of 6 tread and 5 connectors to do, then I'll paint the tracks. :D

The build is going well and the directions are very helpful.
The one thing I'm looking at is the fenders or track skirts, they seem to sit lower then some of the
WWII photos I've seen....that and I just don't know if I want to keep them on.
I'm almost at the point that I have to make a decision so we'll see. :?

Got the Tiger primed today and now I have to dry-fit the tracks. If everything fits correctly I'll
be able to give it it's first base coat tomorrow.
Oh I decided to keep the fenders on, it would be more work then I want to get into at this time just to remove them.
So I'll have some pics sometime in the afternoon.

The kits are trickling out .

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SENT THE SHIPPING WITH YOUR ORDER.

Most of you have sent payment for the kit only.

The kit's shipping are averaging $16-$20 per kit

-----------------------Henschel-------------------Porsche---------------Jagdtiger

Normandy---------------x- Shipped !!-----------------------------------x no paint
Norman 88--------------x 2----1x Shipped !!
Maritime 96-------------x Shipped !!------------------------------------x no paint
Tank Ace ---------------x Shipped !!-----------------x-----------------------x
Grockwood--------------x-Shipped !!---------------------------------------x---
CW4USARMY -----------x-- 100% poured it will be waiting for you
Canberra Paul----------x-- 85 % poured -- Need to make the Firefly kit
Skypirate ---------------x-- full build 30 % poured
Pierro of Italy-----------x--On deck
Zelda--------------------x---On deck------------------x-------------------------x
Grunt--------------------x + 1 ?----------------------x 2 ?----------------------x 2 ?
Robbie P-----------------x

When I have time ( every free minute ) it is taking about 1-1/2 days to make a kit. Some of the larger pieces need to cure out ( at least 3 days ) therefore I can not ship immediately.

These pieces if not cured will warp very easily.

So I am try to make them ahead of the smaller parts so they can cure. The Tiger kits actually seems easier to pour than the T-34 kit. Or it could just be my imagination.

The difference being I had extra time for the T-34 and I have almost no time to make the Tiger so I am doing a little every day after work.

Robbie P. I bumped you. :?
