Nah, not interested in RC. Stick with the static stuff

Should 21C keep doing 1/18 RC?

Post by Morian Miner » Fri Oct 21, 2005 2:31 pm

Even though I still have the treads sticking, I'm really digging the RC Panzer, and hope to see other ones come out (especially since my daughter keeps stealing it). Even though there are a bunch of polls going on, thought I would do this one to see what everyone else thinks.

(BTW - I hope 21C does an RC T-34. Otherwise I might have to get the Trumpeter model  )

I would LOVE to see a T-34, RC or static.

I think 21st., rushed this one into production too soon. I think I'm going to wait till they work out some "bugs" before I jump on it, first. Yeah, I know I might be waiting a while but it'll be worth it in the long run IMO.

I almost bought the 1/16 Trumpeter model of the T-34 myself, but cost was a factor. IMO 21st., will do a T-34 but in 32x., first.

I would like to see some more 1:18 RC vehicles in the future. I am very pleased with my Panzer and it was far more cost effective than the 1:6 Stuart. Some sort of throttle control to adjust the speed would be cool, and may help prevent the track sticking on some surfaces.

I would like to see American tanks - with an RC 1:18 Sherman topping the list. The Panther, Tiger, M-48 (well any 1:18 21c tank) would make great RC vehicles also.
