I figured i'd start a new thread on this rather than clutter up other threads with off topic material.

Here is a copy of info i got from HPH:

i emailed HPH and got a quick response. Delivery time is about 1 year from order. I've listed sample prices below. They didn't mention shipping costs.

They also sent me a complete price list. As an example of prices: Wildcat is 1910 EURO, Horten Ho 229 is 1890 EURO, Me 262 is 2246 EURO, Me-410 is 2480 EURO, He-219 is 2198 EURO, Mirage 2000 is 2950 EURO, and the F-14 is a mere 7610 EURO.......yes, i said 7610.

Someday i will get the Me-410 and He-219. This i vow.

They sent me a bunch of pictures of both the Me-410 and the He-219. If someone will post them for me i'll email the pics to you. They're stunning..

Did they happen to say what material they make the models from? If it's plastic, I wonder if they have molds for this stuff.

as i recall it's fibreglass...with metal and resin details.

Thet offer two models as kits, for the Me-262 and the Me-109G. They retail for about $500 each or so. It ain't cheap.

OK, this place has some onions. I guess there is a market because they are in business but almost $500 to ship and it doesn't come to my door? :?

$2500 up front?? Get your plane a year later? So basically almost 3k in tomorrow's dollars  ?
If 50 of us had $2500 and a year to wait, something tells me we could have bbi or 21st make anyone of those planes (granted, with less detail but we would each get more than one, that's for sure. )

Toys or Models?

These are absolute works of art and I think the price is warranted. Unfortunately I don't think I will be ordering any of these!

These are sold as completed models. They are built by profesionnals modelers who are usually selling these babies to museums or people who can afford them. I read they have sold some in the Gulf emirates.
