So where is this new Armor that 21st C promised for October

Post by luftpanzer » Thu Oct 20, 2005 2:44 pm

Didnt Area 21 say that 21st C was going to release a new armor vehicle in 1/18th scale in October, And that the armor collectors would be very supprised by it. Well its the 20th of October And we are still waiting.

I think it was the RC Panzer IV and M113. While not completely new vehicles as far as type, they are 1:18 armor and they have new RC features. These are the first accurate non-custom 1:18 RC vehicles I've seen. So, there were two "new RC" armored vehicles in October.

not on website

They are not on the website, but they are out and the Panzer IV looks very nice.
When did they say October? I think I would have made mental note of that... 8) Maybe you are thinking of the MM set and we would be surprised by where it shows up (tru)?

I suspect there will be one more ground vehicle released by 21st before the year is out...and NOT the big project we've all been speculating on - KT, M1, etc...

Why this suspicion? Becasue 21st has pumped a dozen 1:18 scale vehicles into WM in the last year (including repaints) so I could see them getting in one more round before Xmas. At least I hope so. :D

Sorry, yes, WM. We have heard prices from 80 to 50 (more often 50). We have a thread on this with a link to an ebay auction that had video. Sweet paint scheme on the Panzer - better than S1 imo.

But as I understand it. They are not 21st Century toys, but new milinium.
And 21st C web site would had announced them prior to arriving at Wally world.
