BBi Parts

Is it possible to order individual airplane or other figure parts from BBi? I need a few tank personnel and possible other parts, such as an extra pitot tube for their corsair (#19).
If possible, can you provide a link or a phone number?

I've tried to acquire a part from BBI before through their website. Thier response was to provide them with a picture of the damaged or missing part and the item description so that they could reference it. Could have provided them with a picture if I had the part....

I just acquired a whole new vehicle, just seemed like it was going to be a hassle.
