Difference between the UT Willys and the Gate Willys Jeep?

I believe I once heard that the UT (Unique Toys) and the Gate Willys Jeeps were the same or very similar.
I'd Like to know some details and features of each jeep please.

I have the Gate Jeep. I looked at photos of the Auto Art/UT Jeep and it has so much more detail and accessories than the Gate. I think the serial # on the hoods might be the same or similar but from the cloth-like seats to the antenae and the radio equipment as well as a rifle, the .50 cal. and the other details it is far superior to the Gate. From what I've seen you can get about 5 or 6 Gates for the asking prices of 1 Auto Art/UT example.
The Gate is adequate and can be doctored up enough with some of your own add-ons. The Auto Art is way too rich for my wallet.

The Gate and the UT version are the same tooling, just different packaging. The new AutoArt Jeep is a new tooling and not an upgraded Gate/UT.
UT and AutoArt did not exist at the same time as brands of Gateway Global.
BTW, Welly is about to release their version of the Willys Jeep,

Interesting..... The Auto art Jeep kept coming up in searches for the UT jeep as if they were one and the same. OOPs

No prob! But I would not get either of them now and go with the Welly! Did you see the pictures of the Welly?
