I just checked out my ebay account.
That jerk Curtis b happy's negative feedback has been expunged.
It sure took a long while but good prevailed over azzholism.
I am pretty happy about this.
Sorry but I should have put this in off topic but e-bay on occasion will do the right thing.
So I thought you guess may want to here about it !!

Great news PH......i'd heard that ebay is starting to protect sellers a bit more from unfair feedback. I guess this shows it's true.

Sorry to burst yor bubble but as soon as he became unregistered the negatives disappear...had the same thing happen to me a couple times over the past 10 years. Believe me E-Bay does not care about the seller and the new practice of allowing partial refunds will only make it worse for sellers.
