And for those needin' a pickup fix...

Here are two pickups that were found in a used toy store. The first (desert) pickup was actually pink with a really bad looking hood scoop. I simply gutted the chassis, covered the scoop and mounted it on an R/C 4-wheeler. Note - this is the same 4-wheeler thats currently being sold both at Walmart and Target for about $30-$34.
Not a fan of the Lime-Green wheels and struts but that's all that was available.
And for riding around the house or backyard at night...
The next one was built while trying to find a vehicle that was a cross between a simple pickup and a 2-1/2 ton truck. The cover on the back is made from the cloth of an old GI uniform and I thought it turned out ok.
And so you don't get lost - maps (cut from an old flight sectional).
And as I keep preaching - it's a toy and so "ease of use" is the key...
