Great looking model. I prefer the G4. Both great models.

I recon this model will be GIANT. I'm really looking forward to the details. I am also curious if any swatikas are included. I know that they are illegal in Europe.

Got this one too a while back. Very nice. You get two red flags minus the swastikas for the front fenders if it's the same one.
I had some friends over and they asked me "is that Hitler's car?" I mentioned that he rode in one, but other generals and officials did too.
I bought it as an Indiana Jones kinda thing, though that one is a different 2 door model.

I have one.The only disappointment i had, just like every other 1/18 diecast vehicle, the figures will not fit by any means.but even then i keep it because the fact that was so detailed and figures can still be displayed next to it.
They also make a hardtop limousine version, which sell for less, but i did not get it because i feel it was going to be small.
I have the G4 Mercedes and that one is bigger and it came with driver and passangers.
And yeah, people have ask me if that is Hitlers car when they see it.

Thanks everyone. I really broke my own piggy bank to get this piece. Some of you guys have been asking for the price. I paid a total of USD$99.99. This price includes shipping and the vehicle. The vehicle itself was $89.95 and $9.95 for shipping.
I'm really excited for this piece. I might have to start getting some 1/18 figures to go with this.

Here is a pic of the actual car. The lisence plate number is the same on the model as on the real car. I didn't know it was preserved and in a museum.

Re: Signature 1/18 Mercedes 770K
I got this piece yesterday, and I must say, the detail is stunning. The headlights and the opening engine covers were just the beginning, three seats can be folded and there was artificial carpet on the floor of the car . The trunk can also open ans also had carpeting. All four doors open and close perfectly.
This IS THE LARGEST PIECE IN MY collection. I need to stick to 1/32.

Re: Signature 1/18 Mercedes 770K
Tried to fit a figure in mine, all I can get in the driver's seat was a T-1000, but the back seat looks to fit 1:18 figures fine.

Looks like your mercedes need some dusting. Nevertheless, I'm very pleased with the piece.

Re: Signature 1/18 Mercedes 770K
Yeah, going to have to get some compressed air on it. Don't know how to get the dust off any other way, it's too fragile, except thinking of putting it in the dishwasher?
After that then into a glass cabinet.
I was just looking at the plate number, it's exactly the same as the one in the pic...so it is his car like you said.
