To one and all....I am "resigning" from the Forum and want to say how much I have learned from most posts. The clique is too stong for my taste, but I appreciate those who have PM'd me and "corresponded" during my short tour of duty. Having flown in the USN, I found that cliques are not my thing. Thanks, though. Carry on, smartly.

Do you mean the entire board is a clique purse' , or that there are cliques within the board. I certainly haven't gotten the impression that there is anything along the lines of the latter going on.

Though I too am confused on the clique expression. I`m in Blighty & I haven`t seen anything like that on here.
Ask questions & got replies,post a custom & I have had feedback.I think you throw in & you you get accepted as your joining inyourself.
Hell as some know i`ve been stuck for the MK IV in the UK (as there too expensive over here/cannot get at all) I`ve had a fair few solid pms & board offers to help.
I say the guys here are fantastic & willing to help ALL no matter where they are.
Main part is though to chip in on the board.

Maybe he has us confused with some other boards? There are boards out there where your head will get bitten clean off if you say something that offends a member and ten guys will attack you as if you offended them all. Cliques out there? You're darned tootin. But not on this board.
On this board there arn't ten guys who even like each other

I wish you'd change your mind and give it another try.
In the few exchanges you and I had, you impressed me as being very knowledgable, particularly German aviation.
I think that all of us would benefit from your membership here Mike, and if anything has been said or done that rubbed you the wrong way, then lets discuss it my friend, but don't just give up. What do you say my Floridian mate?

Well,
I think you should not leave the forum.
Personally i have been a member of this forum since the beginnings and I also was a member ofthe original forum for many years. This forum is all about friends and a great hobby....give it time and people will get to know you as you post and interact with the others.
Hopefully you will realize what a ggreat time you can have in this forum. The guys are quite a great bunch of fellows!

Cliques? We got cliques. We got the 1:32 clique, the 1:18, the 1:6, the we-love-it-all clique etc. But, we're all friendly folks here.
