I was just thinking the other day what is the rarest 21st century item?

Produced as in made it off of the assembly line or to a retailer in some form? There are several very cool one of a kind finished items that made their way into collector's hands but didn't ever show up in a storefront. Given that those are all unique, they would all be equally rare though some are more sought after than others.

Other than prototypes it would have to be the Tender Terror.
