Is the plastic on these figures (Legionare, Ninja, etc) the same softer plastic as on the Unimax modern and WWII figures; or more substantial plastic like Dragon and the early series 21st figures?

I have two of those figures standing in front me, on my desk, right now. They're the same quality as all Unimax stuff.

The weapons on my Samurai are pretty brittle, I broke the sword taking it out of the packaging, it was my fault for not being more careful.

nah, the figures are awesome but the weapons are fragile, get them if you can but don't be a brute when unpackaging them.
