bummer, I was stationed at cecil field with VA37 in the 70s with that squadron........

Yeah, there was a lot of talk about this at the NAS Oceana show last week. You hate to see a squadron with so much history go. You never know, the good 'ol VFA-82 may some day return, as many squadrons seem to do.

Yeah as an unmanned attack fighter squadron in 2023. It will be UVFA-82 (auto attack), hehehehehehehe.... You think I'm lying.....

Well, at least they are not retiring the F-18s. If they were so... I'd like to enquire on how to get one... errr... get one for the museum that is
