Dreaded WWII Nazi... Der Rot Schadel

Hi All,
Well here`s the first of 3 possibly more versions of the Red Skull I`m doing.
As it`s the first I thought best start at the beginning back during WWII when Herr Schmidt first became Der Red Skull.
So I present to The RED SKULL.
Well there you have the Red Skull.
HEAD: Sculpted from scratch.
Torso: Crimson guard. Altered a little
Arms: Crimson Guard. Dyed
Waist & jacket Skirt: Crimson Guard.Skirt dyed.
Legs Upper: Corps
Legs lower: Crimson Guard.Dyed.
Cap: XD German Officer,dremelled out & altered & painted.
Holster: XD German.
Swastika Armband: Red cloth with white circle & swastika attached to it.
The whole body was supposed to have been dyed black. Alas I didn`t have much luck with it & lost the waist & upper legs
So had to rummage up other pieces.
To make the Red skulls uniform that little bit different from other SS people. The Runes on his collars Left side has a RED backing with Silver SS & the Right side has a Red Skull instead of Silver.
Also the Silver piping I`ve added to the collars & epullets,more than would have been usual but being as it`s the red Skull,who`s going to argue?
So There you have my first Red Skull.
