your a funny guy ranger!!!

I was not that happy about the light. The yellow is reflection of the wood base..If it gets sunny outside I will take some close-ups.

Yes SB,, I have used the backround many times.. I cut up 3 XD farmhouse playsets and use the pieces like building blocks.

If you look close you will see I shaved off the torso of the Dragon 1/18 paras and grafted it to a GI joe body to get the uniform detail..I used XD lower legs and hands.

Nice work! I also dig your nam troops! It makes me want to do some of my own but I don't have the figures it takes. It looks like you used BBI modern marines and XD nam figures, if only I could get some XD nam
well I'll be waiting til platoon troops come out

Yes,, I agree, but when I got all the gear on and if you remember the d-day paras, it kinda looks right. Even Private Ryan looked puffy in his uniform, and Matt Damon is far from fat.....t

thanks for the PM t, your work looks great. thought I'd share this with you, a great way to alter the bbi paras w/ chutes, they come with pockets on their sleeves that can be cut off and used on the front after shaving all the harness sh@# off, carve some wrinkles in the shirt, and paint...just get a close tan color and dry brush black to make it dirty ...I've done three so far and I'm trying to drum up a camera to get pics of them. I did this with my xd fallshirmjager(jump ready) and have pics of that one on my webshots site. that one was more difficult because the xd plastic is harder than bbi's( and paiting splinter camo is tuff)
