Small Scale Military Headquarters

Has anyone thought about doing some youtube step by step videos on there customizing....I would love to learn how to do some of the paint schemes and techniques you guys use to do your planes and armor...maybe this is a dumb rookie topic...But I thought it would be neat to be able to learn how to customize from you experts....anways let me know what you think...

Might want to post this in the Customs & Mods forum... and check the "Tricks, Tips, Hints, Cheats, Tools, Whatever!!!!" thread while you are there. It doesn't often get updated, but members have been posting customizing tips there since 2004

Thanks Tman...I wasnt sure where to post it...but I learn by watching...and I thought if some of the guys could do youtube videos it would be fun to watch something get made while watching it...thanks for the feedback..

I've sorta done one on my panzer IV. I think I might do one on a panther. My video camera is not all that great, but I could do still pics.

Well if you do let me know..Im trying to learn to customize...and I googles all already...people just want to show you different little things...I would love to watch a complete walkthrough of something so I can kinda get an idea of the detail and total process of what goes in to a custom...and the thing is I want to customize a 1:18 aircraft but as much as they cost...I want to get good at it before I do it to one of mine...if that makes sense...

Okay, I am trying really hard to find good available RLM 70/71 splinter colors for a stuka/every other german plane.

They are easy to airbrush, available, easy to clean, ect. Once I'm done, I will make a video on it!!!

Search the Customs & Mods forum for posts by Nick Karatzides -- they are very picture-intensive, but you can learn a LOT from them; I know I have.
