Hey Normandy,

Were did you get the scale drawings from ?

What are the chances of me getting a copy of 'em ?

Buddy ole pal ?

It looks to be a very easy build. I can me making the bumpers out of copper plumbers tubing running the full length for stability and strength. Getting the wheels from my local train shop. Cladding the frame with thin ply and covering that with styrene.

There does not look to be a lot of parts hanging off of it.

I can see a short kit in the future ( way distant ).

There would be no way to make moulds for this but I think template would work if the modeler had a little carpentry skills

Pickel, I found the article....well most of it. the page with the drawings is missing.
The article in Military Modeler 3 '93 is mainly about the kit construction and not the history of the train.
I do have the 1:18 drawings I'll copy for you.

I have a second article from Model Military (UK) 12 '10 which again is mainly about Trumpeter's 1:35 kit.
Here is a link to a review from Armorama.
http://www.armorama.com/modules.php?op= ... nt&id=4752 Few pics if any......and the most intel I found was from the above review.

I'll send the drawings and articles out on Friday.
Normandy.

Yes I did !!!

Man this thing will be huge. It is about 30 inches long and about 9 or so inches tall.
It looks like a stretched A7V with twin turrets.

Almost Star Wars like.

This will be a neat project :D :D :D

Thanks for the drawings and the magazine write up

When I do the start up we will work something out :D

Thanks again :D
