Badcat says there are rumors of new 1/18 F/A-18 Hornets in 2012 and new 1/32 F-4 Phantoms.
I assume this means repaints of BBI's F/A-18 similar to its F-16 repaint and repaints of its 1/32 F-4J Phantom "Jolly Rogers".

F-4 would be great ive said it before but the 1/32 F-4 is still one of our most requested planes

New 1/18 F/A-18?
THIS EXCITES ME.
Seriously, I can't wait. Been kicking myself for not buying one of these when the price was in the double digits, but unfortunately back then I didn't have the dough for the BBI one so I got the $20 TRU generic one in desert camo
.

Hope both come to fruition.
And given the popularity of the 1/32 Phantom, seems like a no brainer for BBI to re release this.
Imagine the schemes, and possibilities.
Just look at what Hobby Master has done with the F-4. 40 different schemes.

Look forward to both - if true.
And 2012 is only just round the corner.
Now, what schemes are they going to pick?

Maybe they'll follow thru with the F-18 Aggressor scheme shown in the past on MTS?

Any F-18 is welcome, missed the boat on that bird back in the 1/18 good old days....though for the 1/32 Phantom livery, I hope they do Robin Olds Scat XXVII

I doubt it would be a Superhornet -- that's such a different airplane that it would require completely new molds.
