there's this neighbour's tree that's blocking my view out my bedroom window...should i chop it down?

lol....just kidding. On topic: schleich makes a Beech tree. It's 14 inches tall by about 10x10 wide/deep. I was thinking of getting 3 of them, which i can do for about $80 total. I was going to make a mini forest out of them and have a pak or something lying in ambush in it.

Do you think the tree is worth it? I generally don't like paying for scenery. Opinions needed.

Depending on what type of scene you are interested in making, you might be able to find a video on how model railroaders make their own trees by flocking a spruced out wire as
assembly.

Option 2:
If you want to recover costs on the 3 trees, you can get them, do the photo shoot and see if you can seel them used on ebay. I doubt you'd give more than 50% retail, but still.

I have some Schleich fir and oak trees, I don't think you'll regret getting some Aferg.
That reminds me to keep an eye out for some Schleich hedges, they look pretty good too.

I think you would be very satisfied with the trees. I have bought alot of Schleich accessories (including all the trees) and all are high quality. Scale is very close and that price is as low as any I've seen. I recall that you have the stagecoach so you know there level of accuracy.

Those are the types I've seen people at train shows make right there. There has to be a how-to-book for these.

You're better off learning how to make good ones then sinking $80 into the crap plastic ones... Bleach...
