how he do that?

well you have to start with a perfectly good Papo Samurai figure and a very sharp x-acto knife #11 blade.

I carefully cut and shaved off the papo armor, Papo figures are made of a softer plastic. I took off the head, lower leg's and feet. I then took a perfectly good GI joe figure, Nunchuck replaced his head and grafted the armor on and added the feet. Takes about 1 hour per figure not counting waiting for the glue to set.

I did the same with papo romans and Dusty trails Halo figures to get articulation.

Well Tom,
I see you`ve been a busy beaver :D Excellent work mate truely excellent :D

Nice use of all parts & what d you have a WHOLE SALE on Nunchuks??? LOL

Excellent & where`s the mounted Archer though?
Now just to round them off Tom, how about a Samurai in robes?

Also a BIG FIGHT Samurai vs NINJAs (plenty of those buggers from GI JOE...LOL).

Again mate excellent work :D

Yes SB I do have quite a few Nunchuck figures.

I have a bad habit,, I buy lots of 1/18th or 3 3/4" figures as they are released. The ones I like or have great features or accessories I buy many. I really like the GI joe Figure Crosshairs for custom figure base.. I had bought 10+ 2packs of the first release with the red commander figure, used all them up and ordered 10+ of the second release. After I relized how great the Nunchuck figure was for custom Roman figures I bought more.

Also I did consider a war between My samuari and the GI joe ninjas. I need to make a batch of custom ninjas due to the lack of articulation (our favorate subject).....t
