I've seen it on some of Fritzkrieg's vietnam era custom figures.

Closest thing would be the old BBI goggles that came with their first and second series modern figures - the Special Ops, SEALS, Army, USMC, etc. You can make out the goggles in the pictures I posted from board member grunt1's database below:
These were the ones with the funky articulation and overzised weapons, but which were available for cheap and were the best modern figures until BBI started making the really good ones. You can still find these figures around.

Check out OJI toys. I think they have some of those elite force boys.
