there was a discussion on these a few weeks back. One is close, the rest were too small.

here's the thread. I found these a few weeks ago. I've ordered a Sepecat Jaguar and a Mig 3....both are very close to 1/18. The Mig 29 is almost exactly 1/18 too but i passed on it.
