Hey guys, I know some that frequent here are also 1/6th scale vehicle connoisseurs, so I though I'd share something that I learned this morning from Badcat's newsletter. Apparently they have come across a large selection of 21st Century 1/6th vehicles from a private estate and they can now be purchased from their Private Reserve page.

I don't collect this scale myself, but I thought that for some of you guys that may be hunting for that rare 1/6th piece you have yet to come across that you might find it here.

Some of those prices are decent, and what they go for at auction lately. The Scout Car, Stuart, Dodge Command Car and Little Bird are average or even below, and the fact you don't have to fight anyone in a bidding war they might be worth considering.

I sold all my 1:6 stuff which included all except that Little Bird this last Christmas and early this year and got about the same prices, although someone in Canada really wanted my static M5, so I got double the Badcat price.

Didn't really want to sell but hey I paid my mortgage for a few months thanks to 21st C appreciating in value. They can only go up in value over time.

No real bargains here. The Stuart's are plentiful on auction sites but the Command Car and the Scout car are decent prices for MIB pieces, not on an action. We have seen Scout Cars go above $500 in auction bidding wars and CC's over $200.

Not much to compare them to, the copies being made now are better but are hundreds of bucks higher priced.

1/6 is growing, not cheap, but what is these days.
