Don't see the carded single troops anymore, could be sold out and maybe relisted later.

There is still the PLA variant Guard Tower, ATV, Jeep, Motorcycle and Cooking Camp available from seller 7toys7

Nope. it's die cast, I forget the manufacturer, cost me $50 NZ from a local seller.

i wish they would become widely available they look like they have are a bit better proportioned. Tankduel are their weapons made of the same soft plastic or a bit more rigid?
