no it was that wierd guy who did really great customs but got so offended by trivial negative comments that he had a hissy fit and deleted all his pictures and left. I forget his name now, someone will know it.

Agreed, it is a shame both how he was treated and how he took it. He was a valuable member.

It was a shame how he was treated, but I think he took it a little personally.

Sorry to see him go like that, as his work was really fantastic. 8)

But I have learned not to take anything on forums too personally. And one very good reason to not allow political posts, as these degenerate very quickly.

I thought he just got some criticism of something he did, that it wasn't 100% accurate to some point in the war, and then he just took everything down right after? Maybe I'm misremembering it.

Cool stuff regardless. But don't post pictures of stuff if you can't ignore people being nitpicky. And I stress nitpicky... constructive criticism's something everyone should appreciate more of, but some people dump on stuff more to show off that they know the exact angle of a tanks armor, more than to appreciate what someone was able to create. But that's life... It doesn't ruin anything, or at least it shouldn't ruin anything, someone supposedly enjoys.

And his diorama on FSM is rockin looking... Love it.

All interaction on interweb forums must be taken with a handful of concrete mix, orally.
e.g. Harden the f*** up!.

Thanks Normandy, his work was outstanding. In the link you posted, the responses he got at MM are more of what I wish represented the vocal majority of attitudes here.

Grunt1, your welcome. I'd been looking for some intel on Jagdpanthers when found Federico's work on Military Modeler's site.
I too was impressed with the responses he received at MM. If it doesn't come out of the box in pieces....some of those boy's won't even talk to you. Modelers can be a rough bunch......
It's also interesting to see their acceptance of customized pre-made toy/models as well as the scale............ Well His works speaks for itself.
