A Chinese company developed the series of 1:18 figures and equipments based on PLA. Check their website here:
http://www.worldpeacekeepers.net/index.html
There is a MV based on these figures and equipments at the first page pf their website, though the website is in Chinese now only.
It has been a while since the figures were announced, they can be picked up at super markets in China and on line shops.

Big fun with 1:18!

Ah, you're refering to what we call PTE - Power Team Elite or World Peace Keepers. Many of these items are available here in the US through the discount retail chain, Big Lots. While PTE has traditionally made US items, their most recent line has been Chinese PLA themed. The items have had greater levels of detail and it is simply fantastic to get some "foreign" modern vehicles for once

Sorry guys, but seeing that cartoon, I get the impression that we are looking at PLA supermen and vehicles that are practicing for a war in an American city. Strange huh?

I wonder why the stuff that's showing up here comes without the chinese troops. And why the helo has no rockets. I'm sure this has been brought up before.
