Small Scale Military Headquarters

Came across these two great looking 1:18 scale beds on ebay -

I have never seen these before, but they sure as heck look like they are from the Power Team Elite line or something similar.

(In fact, they are pictured alongside the PTE bed, chair, tent, crate, etc.)

Nothing on Marauders, unfortunately.

I think the $5 price tag is just a little high for these, would love to know if they can be had cheaper.

I'd like to know that information as well. Those are pretty neat.

Power Team Elite sets. I got mine from the Headquarters set.

Really? I've never seen that... ever. In any set. I got the bombed building and the "Pizza Hut" HQ and never saw those in mine. I feel jipped.

Yeah, I have the bombed building and the Headquarters set, too. (Pizza Hut - heh) and it ain't in 'em. Or at least it didn't used to be.

They are part of the PTE Military Life set. The price is a bit high for what you get but it's available for $14.99 from here:

I contacted Marauders directly about this and here's what they said -

Greetings! Thanks for the email! Those beds are the PTE Bunkbeds...just cut down into 2 (two) seperate beds.

If you look closely at the beds, you can see the "uneven" cuts on bed frame (even where the ladder was attached to the side).

If you would like to order some bunkbeds PROFESSIONALLY seperated, just order the bunkbed from us and will have the sculptors turn

the single bunkbed set into 2 single beds for you (just order the bunkbed for the regular $2.99 price on the website or ebay store...no worries!).

Also, on a side note, the single bunk looks GREAT in our PTE tent...so we
will have to roll out the single bunks in our store & website (and will be

MUCH less than a $4.95 each!). Thanks again for the email and appreciate you adding this item to our assortment!

I never even noticed those were just the bunks cut down... Duh on my part. I have like 20 of the bunks around and just didn't even notice this. Look interesting cut short like that though. May order some from Marauder Gun Runners just like that.

Thats true Lance, I haven't seen any for about a year.

I wonder if MJ has access to those buildings? Seems like he has a solid PTE hookup..

Actually, I wasn't lucky enough to find one, either. Not sure they made it to my area at all.

But I was able to get one thanks to the efforts of forum member flyboy_fx, who said he kept seeing a ton in his local stores.

So I PM'd him, sent him the dough and he was very kind enough to send me one.
