This is an open thread to talk about Trains and related military accessories that measure at 16mm (aka 1:19 scale).

In England, a large group of Model Railroad fans exist dedicated to a scale so very close to 1:18. This group dedicated to 1:19 is large enough to hold annual conventions. Here's the link to England's "16mm Association of Narrow Gauge Modelers."

As seen in pictures & videos in the 2nd link, there's great military items. I saw a number of WW1 locos & trains. I'd like to find more 16mm companies + stores who sell such trains and most importantly, accessories. Such accessories can pass in the 1:18 realm.

Again, its an open thread to talk of hopefully more links, stores, companies with 16mm products. I'm sure we'll find some really great 1:19 items not available at the currently stalled 1:18 market.

To start things off, here's an American war locomotive from WW1...

This is a link to my custom trains. They're Buddy L trains from the 1920's/1930's. They're about 1/19 scale.
They work good with 1/18.

Those are all Pola (or other knock off G Scale). Getting the buildings in good condition is expensive but you can find beat up pieces (like mine) for relatively cheap. I had a HUGE factory like building that is now in the collection of another member. Hopefully he can post picks of his display. You can see it in partial form here on the desk (it was too big for me to discplay in one piece really):
