wouldn't it be easier just to make and paint it, rather than enlarge a picture? Since you're only doing a part of it anyway, it's just going to be rectangular or square and you can easily draw on or paint on the markings. Note that the rear of the deck is not square but slightly angled.

Here's a top view of the Lincoln

I made a secton of the angled deck out of an old closet door. It was a folding metal design, so the groove down the middle was perfect for the steam catipult track. I just painted it a dark grey and plunked my F-18 on it with some white cotton to simulate steam. I used a strip of duct tape to simulate the metal that runs down the catipult track groove.

You won't need to do any of that...just draw on or paint on the markings onto a big pice of painted wood or cardboard.

Didn't we have a thread long ago where some of us took a Hasbro carrier and cut it in half to put a plane on and stuck the carrier half to a wall. It wasn't to scale but it did fit a big plane.

As I remember, it had an angled deck and looked neat.

Too bad you're not looking for the cat launch area cause you could download or use "Snagit" and capture the cat launch deck area from Century Wings' website and use Snagit to blow it up. Or use that free online vector graphic program, Inkscape, to size it up to 1/18.
