help with new project....
Hello guys
recently i just came up with an idea that it would be cool to have some female modern soldiers so that they could act as the MP's that are currently serving in the war.
Does anyone have any idea on how i could do this project with the available 1/18 figures?
keep me posted.
thanks in advance.

You could use these, but they may need a little paint here and there......

great help!
Hello guys,
I knew i could count on you!
excellent link and good ideas...regarding the head swaps what type of chest body did you used?...i know arms, legs can be recycle but what about chest?
regarding the 1/18 females: that is a great link for even more detail dioramas.....like a "hoochi mama club" for the GI to have fun...cool stuff.
I always like the different things.

as far as the body and specifically the chest goes: from my observations the uniforms are so bulky that you can really tell that there is a woman's body underneath. I haven't seen very many busty looking female soldiers. I would just use a standard bbi soldier body and pop on the female head of your choice (my choice would be Shmi Skywalker).
For an added extra touch you could shorten the figure a bit by cutting out mat'l at the knee area.....but you sacrifice aritculation if you do that.

There's a few female figures in the 3 3/4 G.I joe line too for heads though their headsculpts tend to make it difficult to put any helmets on them without some work done. The joe female figures will solve you problems of having female torsos. You could also check out the Japanese gashaphon figures, these are various series of figurines from video games and anime of which some are female figures that are 1/18th in scale though a lot do have an anime look to them. If you can find them (they been out of production for more than 5 years), Lanard produced a 3 3/4 female figure line called WOW (women of the world) that have some nice female headsculpts

CIA
I think the two figures on the right, the girls and the guy will be placed in my bbi CIA Little Bird. They look like they would make great field level execs for the "company." Great find centone.

That's quite a picture, heh..
That blind packaging is daft but i guess it's the 'in' thing these days. Lots of Japanese (and other) companies are doing it. Pah. Good news that it's not happening with T2 and let's hope it doesn't happen for the Apes either.
Looking forward to getting me some super heros.
I'm not as up on my super heros as i should be. Who's the guy with the flaming hair and what relation does Venom have to Spiderman? And the skeleton guy with the motorcycle..what's his story?
btw Capt. America looks like Scorpio from Farscape.
