Yes, it is worth it, especially MIB. The 21c Kubel is not as detailed as the Minichamps version, but it is still quite nice, can hold figures (with some modification to them) and has lots of detail and moving parts.

When I was still working in White Plains, NY, a co-worker gave me his Kubel as he knew I was a VW and WWII nut (this was back in 2002 when no one knew how much they would become worth). It was just the vehicle with no MG or extras and only the officer - which I still have BTW - but it was still cool. I kept it on my desk while music dept mgr at the Borders Books that used to be above the Outback steakhouse.
When I quit my job to teach in Manhattan...
...I forgot and left it on that same desk. And by the time I noticed and called about it, it had gone missing. It's a good thing I switched to 1/32 as I was at least able to replace it with an FOV, but I still feel a little sick and angry whenever I see one sell on ebay.

This would be a Great project for All-Go, an all new Kubelwagon and a Schwimmwagen.
Just an idea... both aren't to big... they're German and would sell!!!

They'd look great with the new King Tiger and Jagdpanther. (hopefully coming soon)
