Didn't this same plane fetch $1824.00 on Ebay purchased by our very own John Lumley.

The one that recently sold on ebay for $950 was claimed to be authentic by some members here who would know. I would contact vmf214 for he listed details that would be indicitive to the prototype that most repainters would not know. From what I saw too after looking over pictures of what was listed on ebay and photos of the real ones, look for exhaust and gun area weathering. I would do some research on it. the boxes come up every now and again with a mint white 12 in them on Ebay.

Considering only 3 were made (21st's own words back in 2004 when they were desperate to get the first one back that escaped by accident), and the 3 now being accounted for in collections, I'd be awful suspect of a "4th" showing up for sale.

Just coz a "21st" salesman

is offering don't mean she ain't a fake.

True.
The story behind the 1st one accidently mailed out is a true gem.

That is one lucky SOB who got it.
