E-Company hit by evil-doers!

It appears our buddies over at E-Company have been hit by the evil hackers.I logged on to the site which is still up but all the previous posts are gone! Just a warning to our membership and site administrators. I
think the E Z Board sites were the only ones hit.

There were still some new posts under the 1:18 and 1:32 categories, but not much else and, as you said, no list of previous posts like there is here. I can't say whether or not it was hackers, but then I don't know very much about recognizing the signs of them... Any opinions from the administration? As for the e-company site, it may just be that their administration decided to get rid of old stuff.

PHPBB is protected, and I keep it up to date. Also the servers we're on are protected. Granted, nothing is non-hackable in this day and age, but we're pretty protected.

Why do I keep thinking of the split of the old GP board in terms of the Roman Empire? E-Company is Rome in the west, diminished, underpopulated, unprotected, and assaulted by barbarians
We are Constantinople in the east, with all the manpower, wealth, and triple-walled fortifications
I need to stop studying for final exams and get some rest...
