Hello to all my 1/18 friends. After spending years on this forum and dreaming the HPH museums models i've been confronted to the hard reality : this is out of my league ! But during a recent business trip to TOKYO i've been able to see my dream up close in this shop :

Situated in the equivalent of RODEO DRIVE in L.A. this diminutive shop is trully amazing with 1/18 & 1/32 models that are really eye watering

Through some difficult communication it was forbidden to take picture inside the shop but the lineup of 1/18 planes, 1/32 jets and 1/350 to 1/72 boats was simply incredible
All the models range between 1000 us $ and 7-9000 us $ !!!!

ALL IN 1/18 !

All in 1/18 :
3 messer Me 109 with engine + a late model Spitfire ..... no comment simply perfects !!!!!
More important is that almost any model is possible with some civil small planes for exemple !

those are the HPH models from the czech republic. Beautiful stuff. Ugly pricetag.
If i ever get rich i'm going to buy their He-219 and Me-410.

HPH sent me photos a few years ago of the He-219 and Me-410. The photos were spectacular to behold, so i can image what the real things are like.

I am loving the Arado. The 196A is still one of my favorites and one of my first solo 1/72s I did as a teen back in the day.

being interested mainly in planes i was mesmerized by some models but the shop is very small and packed with models : 20 x 1/18 models from corsair to T33 to He219 (the most impressive) plus 50 x 1/32 planes from buccaneer to tornado & F15 ... and 100 X different scale (exemple 1/72 neptune or 1/72 space shuttle...) the biggest pieces were 1/100 to 1/350 imperial navy warship (battleship & aircraft carrier !) i am sorry but i was not allowed to take pictures of 2 super big WW2 submarines (2 meters long = 6 feet !!!)
as you can see it's really packed ! my favorite was the skeleton zero & T33 (since i like jets ...)
but the prices were a little steep !!!!

Sorry i d'didn't see the B17 ( i think it won't fit in this SMALL shop!!!)
but on their lisiting i saw an 1/18 B36 peacmaker ????????? i think it's 1/48 as listed in the HPH website ! but even in 1/48 the size must be ENORMOUS !!!!!!! just like the price !!!!!!!!!!
