Did the BBI 1/18 UH-60 Black Hawk (olive drab) come with a pilot?

Yes, mine did. I have the OD and 2 of the pavehawks which are the same mold just different paint. They all came with a pilot.

PCOUGHRAN:

Two more questions about the BBI UH-60:
1. Since the UH-60 comes with only one pilot figure, did you locate a second pilot figure for the co-pilot?
2. How would you rate the UH-60 model?

(for my BBI MH-60 Little Bird, I bought two BBI "Chopper Harris" Nightstalker pilots.....but is there a cheaper alternative to "Chopper Harris"?)

I bought the Chopper Harris figure when it first came out at Target for about $2 on clearance - actually bought quite a few of them but sold most of them for a profit. I only have 2 Chopper Harris's left so one of my pavehawks is sans co-pilot. Broken Arrow toys sells helo pilot helmets so if you can find a good body to put it on you're set. For my 1/18 Cobra I used a spare CIA guy from one of 21st Hummvees (Monkey Depot cheapy for $8 or something) and bought a Broken Arrow helo pilot helmet for him so now my Cobra has a pilot and gunner.

If you find a good substitute for Chopper Harris let me know.

You might try tracking down Bbi's MH-6/TOW Defender/Kiowa pilots.

Any of you guys try to put any FOV 1/18 Delta Force figures in the cabin of the BBI UH-60 Black Hawk?.....If so, how many Delta Force figures can fit inside the UH-60?

In my UH-60, I use the BBI "Chopper Harris" Pilot figures for the pilot, co-pilot and crew chief figures. (It is next to impossible to get the CC figures into their proper seats behind the pilots, but it can be done...)

You could also track down the carded BBI "Navy Seal Helicopter Crew" figures, which are the same as that which comes with the Blackhawk, Kiowa, and Littlebird. Those figures come in two variants - all OD green and desert tan.

As for passengers, I'm currently using Bravo Team US Army figures. I can fit 10 of them into the compartment (3 on the front two rows of seats, and 4 on the back two rows). They are wedged in there tightly. You can fit a similar number of the newer BBI modern soldier figures. I've been able to get 12 of the older BBI figures to fit in the passenger seats as those are slightly smaller than the newer figures.

TMANTHEGREAT:

Thanks for the info. I bought a used BBI UH-60 from someone for $15.
As I feared, it's a repeat of my BBI MH-6 Little Bird---buying the figures is a lot more expensive than the helicopter itself.

Right now, I plan to buy a bunch of FOV Delta Force figures for the passengers.

For the helicopter crew, the BBI "Navy SEAL Helicopter Crew" figures, are you referring to the "Martinez" figure?
I bought two "Harris" pilots for my MH-6 last year---they're even more expensive now. I hope I can find a cheaper alternative to "Harris".
