Hi everyone, I am new to this site. I am currently collecting modern 1/18th scale.
My motorpool consists of 2 lsvs,2 bradleys,one m11a32,1 dune buggy, 4 hummers, 1 special ops mutt, 1 m48 walker, and a bunch of bbi troops. my current wants are a m11 desert scheme, and 2 mutts one with tow and one with m60. also want that tank from the sahara line.

Welcome to the board! You will find that although the bulk of 1:18 items out there are WWII, the modern market is growing! This collecting habit is quite addictive. Might I wet your pallet by suggesting the BBI M1A1 Abrams, as well as the extensive line of both BBI and 21c Modern aircraft to give your troops some cover? Currently BBI has the F-18, F-16, AH-64 Apache, Blackwawk, AH-6 Littlebird and OH-58 Kiowa. 21c has the AH-1W SuperCobra, a variety of Hueys and soon to come out, an F-104! Who knows what else is in store for the future. Welcome once again.

Welcome aboard tarz & glad to see another Modern Military collector 
Nice lot you have & as already said seems we will see more in the future too.
Also may l suggest to you some other manufacturers:-
Power Team Elite (PTE),they have some great figures & vehicles (they do the Humvee in cargo config.Also do Humvees in Black,Camo,Desert).They also do a nice ATV,LSV,Littlebird,SEAL & Marine boats too.
PTE also do a wide range of figures ranging from Desert US,Woodland US,Urban US,British Desert,SEAL divers,etc.
Chap mei do some vehicles like the Fuchs (FOX) NBC/Troop carrier & also now the Weasal vehicle too.They do figures too,though people tend to only take the heads from these figure.
They also do a Chinook/Sea Knight helo too. Bit short in length,though if you see TomD`s rework of one,well you know it can be stretched
Corps,do a range of figures & vehicles some may be of use to you.
Well hope these few suggestions help you out on furthering you Modern lineup.
Myself l`ve got an impressive US (well l think so),though currently working on a British Unit of figures,Landies & armour. Also working on some Modern Germans in Flecktarn too.
