In a nut shell. Skyworks and I worked out a deal and Jack at Skyworks did not come through . So I told him to send everything back to me.

What he was supposed to send me was my last P-36 w/21st P-40 as a full kit. He also was supposed to send me about 4 sets of decals that Jackson made for me depicting several P-36 versions. (About $280 worth of goods).

That was approx 6 weeks ago.

THE POST OFFICE HAS BEEN CONTACTED.

If anybody has received in any form a 1/18 P-36 model from Jack at Skyworks, it is consided stolen goods. If you have received it you probably do not know the situation. It can be given back with no questions asked.

According to the post office I should have received the model by now. If not, the other party Jack at Skyworks has not sent it. That and him not returning my phone calls and e-mails shows his guilt. It was kept by him and probably sold by him.

So in this case it is considerd stolen and who ever has received it has received stolen goods and are guilty just like Skyworks. This is the last chance for you to give my model back . I will get the police involved if that is what it will take.

Jack of Skyworks -- this can go away. All you need to do is get in contact with me.

I would contact the Attorney General and the local police and give them all your email communications. That should apply some heat. :o

Greetings

Good for you Matt. Don't forget he owes someone a tail for a Thunderbirds F-16 he painted. That was also lost in the mail as well, delivered to the wrong address, etc.

Jack, you have until June 12 to get me a Thunderbirds F-16 tail, painted and decaled. That is the last day of my school year, and my model was meant for my classroom.

The model goes in the trash if no tail has arrived by then.

If he doesn't come through I will send you a box with a shipping label on it for you to through the F-16 in

All jokes aside I am glad to see you guys standing your ground on this because Jack is most definetly in the wrong here.

Greetings

As of May 16 he was not dead because he emailed me then. I replied that I want my F-16 tail and that he knows where to send it as well.

So he's around I'm sure

Sorry to hear about the theft PH.

As a general question, if the P-36 was sold by Skyworks in the normal course of business to a good faith purchaser, can such purchaser be said to have done anything illegal?

I'm locking this for now until we can get this all sorted out.

I'm having conflicting reports about all this going on. For now, until I can decide what the next course of action will be (and me NOT wanting to be in the middle of this battle) I'm locking this.

I'm staying neutral in this mess going on. If you have concerns about buying from Skyworks, please contact Skyworks. If you want to contact pickelhaube about your concerns, you're more than welcome to do that as well.
