Small Scale Military Headquarters

Did anyone ever figure out why 21c painted their Korean corsair in that flat greenish blue colour? I've always wondered how they could have missed the mark so much.

Was it like that? I thought it looked good to me at the time except for the lack of gloss finish.

it was a bad colour. Uneven, splotchy and nowhere near a dark blue colour...more of an uneven green blue.
