Question on XD P-47 bubbletop

Are the flaps on the wings supposed to move? The tail does. When I try to move the flaps they feel like they will break. Or am I just seeing things?

Same goes for the XD P-47D Razorback model as well.

Thanks guys, i'll go back tonight and play with these again. I want set the plane up to where it looks like he's doing a Run Up.

The ailerons are tabbed, so they won't won't move. I know what you mean about the flaps. I like a plane in the "dirty" configuration the best.
