Is this a repaint of the PTE A-10...?

Post by c44 » Wed May 06, 2009 1:16 pm

Has anybody laid eyes upon this beast? http://www.target.com/Playmates-Termina ... les&page=1
I know it's ugly, but it looks like a perfect lure to divert my grandson's attention from my fragile stuff (PS anybody notice that even really young kids will choose a better detailed toy and/or or properly proportioned toy over a gaudier but less realistic looking vehicle or figure...? and a door or hatch that opens & closes is more preferable to something like battery operated noises...?). Anyhow, the description says 8" tall, I wonder what the overall size is...

It is embarrassingly small.

Bummer...! Where did they get 8 inches tall? Maybe they meant wide or long...:?
So what is the status of the PTE...out of production?
