The Humvee is the same as the one with 2 figures @ the same price.
Why wouldn't you get the one w/ 2 figs for the same price? :?

No, the HMMVW with the 2 figures is the M1025 Command Vehicle w/ TOW on the roof (Turtle Back). The Hard top is a M998 and looks different as it is a different vehicle all together but built on the AM General Hummer chassis.
