I was just wondering if by any chance if any of you had both of these to compare against each other? I got the 21st Century ME-262 Night Fighter so I wasn't really wondering about it. I know Admiral made the Gray & the Green 262 & the Yellow 7 was made by 21st Century but just wondering which of these three was the better quality or choice before taking the PLUNGE$$$$$$
Thanks!

I got a little bit of each brand, and until 21st came out, I thought admiral was the shiznip, but 21st is the better of the two in my esteemed personal opinion....

I have both and like them both but I believe that the 21c version is a better. I just like the extras it has. You can’t go wrong with either one.

I agree - - 21C is the better option if you get one, but I say get both

The 21c plane is superior in terms of detail and functionality. It also has one of the best paint schemes of any 21c plane, IMHO. HOWEVER, and that is a big however, the AT plane generally has better QC issues and is a more durable model.

There are lots of little parts on the 21c plane that tend to break. It is a good example of simply putting too much into a plane... In my experience, I've had a 21c ME-262A that had part of the nose wheel door chip off, the hinges on the small doors for the main wheels snap off, and the canopy snap off at the hinges! Given the near $80 price for the 21c ME-262 and the fact that I am always very careful with my "toys" such defects were unacceptable to me. Then there is that ugly seam on the right side of the fuselage which never seems to get covered up correctly.

So both are good, but order a 21c ME-262 at your own risk

For the record, however, I never had the above problems with my 21c nightfighter ME-262, so it may have been that I got a lemon...

Ever notice the discrepancy in dihedral of the wings between the Admiral and 21st Century Me-262??? :?:
