1:18 OC Chopper Figures?

Has anyone gotten a good look at one of these? The bikes look really well detailed in the package but it's hard to see the figure. Just wondering the usual: articulation, head sculpt, bash potential, etc....
I know they have some figures that have 7-9 points of articulation, but I'm not sure if there even are 1/18 ones....now that I look I think the answer is may be no
